Where are people getting this much cash?

32 male. I'll have about 80k in equity from selling my current house. Plus be putting down 30k. SE Michigan/NW Ohio area. Not really a real estate hotbed, but I've now lost 3 houses to cash offers in the mid 200s. Who has this much cash sitting around? These are not houses people in their 50s or 60s would be buying who could pull from retirement. This is insanity. Rant over.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
