Finished basement and added bedroom with no permit

As the post says, I finished my basement (VERY high quality) cabinets, wet bar, recessed lights, studded, drywalled, and insulated including ceiling. Added 4th bedroom 100% to code with smoke detector, closet, and egress. Problem is I opted not to pull any permits (my fault). I have zero concerns for the basement meeting code and passing inspections but I am wondering how concerning this is for a potential buyer when they find out there was no city permit. Can I still realistically list the house inclusive of the added bedroom or is this going to be a major problem? Thoughts, concerns, recommendations?

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
