What are some of the best land acquisition companies in the renewable energy industry?

Our company (a developer of solar and BESS projects) is looking to expand our greenfield land acquisition campaign - wondering if anyone has any positive experiences working with 3rd party land acquisition companies or land agents they can share? I came across this company onCORE Origination (oncoreorig.com) that looks professional and successful - but curious if anyone has worked with them in the past.

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
