So I was recently talked into keeping our house instead of selling it this summer. We have tenants that signed a lease for two years which will end in August 2026. I would like to manage the property myself. I open to any tips for a rookie property manager.
Where or what services should I use for general contracting, advertising, credit checks, etc.
Hopefully the tenants plan to stay. They seem to be pretty happy. I will be living in MD and the house is in SC.
