not gonna give the background context of this cause it’s a bit involved. it’s not important. if i’m looking to buy a $100k cheap house (fixer upper or not) my main concern would be just have an inspection or two and know exactly what issues there are, if any. why not just go directly to the listing agent? i know the listing agent’s primary responsibility is to the seller. but at that price point i honestly don’t care about any price adjustments. would be more important to know ahead of time what i’d be getting into.
