Quick questions, I am just curious

Hey everyone, I am a real estate agent, and I have recently started out. (F28/NYC)
I have been trying and exploring various forms of outreach methods to call home owners who are in pre foreclosure and get them to sell their house; and recently, I tried taking help from an agency to set up an AI powered automated calling system to automate this for me.
Its been almost two weeks, and I have been getting a good response (I guess its too early to judge) but I have also been able to reach out to way more people than what me and my team used to manually.

Has anyone here ever tried something like this? and if so, how has your experience been. I would love to hear your stories, and take some feedback on how can I go about this.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
