Currently looking at homes with a realtor today, and I looked up crime.
One home in the inner city typical crime you’d imagine - not much: theft of object inside unlocked car, illegal gambling, and fake check. What I saw using the local sheriffs crime map.
My next home is very rural one assault a week ago, but nothing else within 30-days.
I looked up sexual predators and the entire city blew up.
The rural home has a man who committed sexual battery/assault in another state in 2008 (adult victim).
When I did the inner city there were chomos all over the place.
I did my old house to see what I had near me I had (3) sex offenders. One a Romeo-Juliet the other two details were limited, but are required to register for life.
Anywho, did anyone else do this when purchasing their home. Are sex crimes really this common?
