Does a detailed landscape plan add value during a sale?

Hello guys, I’m getting my house in Bedford, NH, ready to list next spring. The yard is mostly bare right now, but I’m thinking a professional landscape design plan could help showcase its potential. Is this a worthwhile investment, or do most buyers overlook this?
