Our market is slowing where I live, and houses are sitting. We are at 11 DOM, and we are listed for $339900.
Received an offer today for an FHA full asking with 3% buyers agent commission and 3% closing assist.
We are heavily considering countering $349900 and agreeing to the terms.
Unfortunately in my market sellers are still typically paying for buyers agent.
Any thoughts on our counter consideration or otherwise? Thanks.
