Recent purchase

Long story short, I bought my second house (moving out of our starter). We are starting to move in storage (it's vacant now) and we close August 8th. I was under the impression from the listing and my agent (who confirmed in text) this house has some sort of central AC. Zillow has (cooling - zoned)

My realtor confirmed it had it in the master bedroom and one of the garages (which I was fine adding a duct) it runs a forced air furnace & a boiler.

My agent reached out to the seller who isn't willing to do anything, and my agent asked if I was okay with stand-alone units?

What are my options? I shot my lawyer and email but I'm bummed.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
