getting into real estate

I’m 18 almost 19, graduated high school a year ago and I’m still not sure what I want to do career wise I’m in college but i’m not sure if it’s for me. I’m considering real estate and wanted to know the basics and things I should know before I fully commit to it. I also wanted to know how competitive it is and if it would be hard to make sales early in my career because I’m a little concerned about going by commission and not salary and not having a guaranteed income. Anything helps thank you.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
