As a clueless teenager (M17), how do I go about my future when it comes to estate?

Recently (as in within the past few days or so) I've started feeling like I'm falling a bit behind. I was born with autism, OCD and ADHD, with the combination of them all leaving me very depressed and anxious about many things, which in turn makes it hard to chance ambition, or anything for that matter. I've never had a job, I'm worried about working with strangers, I'm worried that I can't attain a skillset to be accepted into a job that is remote, at least with no prior experience, and I just don't know where to start. I'm worried that it's starting to become too late to start working on things.

The realtors like to use the phrase "one to buy; two to sell", which seems like a broad-stroke statement which is not applicable under all circumstances. And of course, the realtors don’t realize the details of my specific circumstances: I purchased and paid for the house in full prior to marriage Only my name is on the deed And most importantly, we have never lived in the house as a marit...
