I am a very curious buyer seeking knowledge from you all.
I am a buyer and received a TDS from the seller on Tuesday that is “due” Thursday. I have a home inspection on Friday. The seller disclosed seven broken roof tiles.
I am wondering if I should wait until after the home inspection and in-person follow up to sign the TDS,
Or, wait for the report in writing the following Monday;
Or, sign immediately before the home inspection?
And if you could please explain why.
