Where to buy a lake home?

Lakefront Suggestions

Husband and I are hoping to buy a lakefront home (under 600k) next year. We are in our 30s with no kids yet and would like to find somewhere that’s not too isolated from restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Leaning towards Lake of the Ozarks because we’ve heard there’s a lot to do on the lake. Opinions?

Any suggestions on other lake locations that aren’t too isolated? We both work remote so we’re open to looking anywhere.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
