We have the opportunity to purchase a commercial property with loads of potential. However it has been neglected for quite a while. It doesn’t have any structural issues I know of but there are cracked windows, random water damage, etc.
What are banks/appraisers going to deem not financeable, what will we absolutely have to fix before we’re able to purchase?
I plan to speak to professionals but I’d like to get some preliminary info in case this isn’t possible at all.
