So I made a post yesterday and to clarify I put the wrong amount. Realtor #1 said home value is at 525 (not 510 like I said. My husband said I had the numbers wrong) and realtor #2 said our home value was 399. In the chaos of last night while my husband was working with the relocation company I found someone local who works with the relocation company and they did an over view saying if we had done zero upgrades since our purchase 3 years ago (they used the foreclosure paperwork and pictures to do their eval) it would come in at 550. Now we wonder if 1. The second realtor was incompetent 2. The second realtor wanted to get this as a flip so under valued it 3. The second realtor had someone they wanted to sell it to who doesn’t have 500k or 4. The second realtor needs a quick buck so undervalued the home to sell asap.
In all honesty we are floored and rather upset bc realtor 2 is preventing us from being able to put our home on the market as she took 3 days to get to us then took 2-3 days to do her paperwork for the company. Now we are frantically trying to get number 3 out and get that stuff done as quickly as possible because we wanted the house to go on market Monday or Tuesday. That isn’t happening anymore.
