Need info on buying federally protected wetlands.

I'm looking at buying a house that sits on about 24 acres, 20 of which are federally protected wetlands. I know that I can't build on this land, but what can I do with it? Can I hunt on it? Let my dogs run around on it? Can my kids ride their dirt bikes? Also, What's a reasonable price per acre for federally protected land?
