NC property lien

Remove property lien

Hello, I’m currently trying to sell a property in Cumberland County, NC which had a title search done on the property. It came back there was a lien on the property from a moving company I never heard of. I call the Clerk of Courts and the lady told me that even though it wasn’t me they just attached the lien to a name. Which happen to be my name cause the other person who the lien is for has the same name as me. This occurred in 2018. How can I remove a lien I know is not mine because I haven’t live in the area for more than 20 years. Any advice is appreciated.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
