Hello, I've been looking at possible part time jobs that are 100% remote to make some extra money and transaction coordinator seems like a good fit.
The question is firstly, what is the best way to learn the job if you have no prior real estate experience? I know California has courses but those are pretty pricey.
Secondly, once trained, what's the best way to pursue work as a freelancer? Would I need to just reach out to RE agents until one says yes? I'd be willing to work for cheap or even free my first time just to get my foot in the door.
Thanks!
