The goal is to become a big platform like Glassdoor but for rating landlords,, This can be huge and make renting safer and more transparent for everyone who doesn't have a house.

And break up the monopoly that we are seeing being created in investment portfolios that prioritize taking up homes for profit

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
