I won my home in a divorce recently. My kids are out and it's way too large for me. It needs a lot of work. I currently have a roommate who covers mortgage for me.
I'm wondering if it works be a good idea to sell and just live in an apartment until the housing bubble breaks and I can buy again, or if i should just focus on enjoying my low mortgage and fixing the place up
