So we found a house for sale that we liked. It went off the market a day after it was listed, the owners new house purchase fell through. I'm wondering if this is a good opportunity to go for an off-market deal. We are in no hurry, we would wait for them to find their new home and they would have a guranteed competitive offer. Is this something we should go for in this circumstance?
