Anyone else thinking how climate change (for those that believe it) will impact livability in CA? More heatwaves, much higher temperatures throughout the year, wild fires, mega droughts, etc.
Not trying to bring in the already known factor of high home prices and property taxes, I'm wanting to know if CA is going to be sustainable for its current population, especially with the drought and no desalination system. We're considering moving back to the bay area in the future but fear the extreme conditions will make real estate in CA undesirable sooner than later. I don't think many people think that far ahead and a lot of residents are choosing turning the blind eye to these conditions.
