Buyer is requesting a home warranty — what should I do?

Hello! I’m selling in a super duper hot market. The offer I’m considering includes a $600 home warranty at the buyer’s request. My first thought was to decline but I’m not really familiar with these things. Are they helpful to the seller in any way? Any guidance would be appreciated!
