What are the pros and cons of a 45 day escrow?
We are thinking we could use this to extend the process while we wait for our new build to complete.
Will this result for application, underwriting, etc. to be not prioritized because it’s for a 45 day escrow?
Any other potential concerns that we should watch out for on a 45 day escrow?
