I want to buy a condo in Pittsburgh which only has 1 building with 3 total units. What I'm hoping is that I would then own 33% of the building.
What I'm worried about is that the building itself is owned and controlled by someone other than the other 2 unit owners and myself and that they could raise the HOA fee to whatever they want and I'm stuck with the condo and can't do anything about it.
If the answer is it depends on the what the contract paperwork says, who should I go to to review the contract paperwork to figure this out?
