I've been paying close attention to the housing market for about 3 months because I've been serious about buying a house for 3 months. But with COVID-19 throwing everything off-kilter, I'd like to be able to look at the town where I would like to buy, and see how many homes were listed or were sold in May of 2019, or how many were listed or sold in November of 2016, and so on. I'm trying to find a baseline for what represents normal. Is there anything like that out there? Thank you.
