Renting Small Commercial Units

Good Morning Everyone,

I’m looking at buying a triplex consisting of a 1BR unit and a small commercial store front on the first floor, and a 2BR on the second floor.

I was wondering if there were any taxes or regulations that I would have to adhere to due to the commercial unit on the first floor.
