So me and two other friends are moving in together. We are all out of college and have jobs in our fields. We have applied to one house waiting for approval, but another house we viewed we liked a lot more. This house has been on the market for 1 day and it has seen a lot of attraction. If we offered to pay more rent a month would that do us any favors?
