(NJ) Home was built in 1965. We purchased the home "as-is" as per the contract. However we recently realized that more than 75% of outer walls of the home do no have insulation. Regardless of the as-is contract was/is the seller required to disclose this? Home inspection did not and from my knowledge does not look into walls to see if they are insulated. So how was I supposed to assume or know to check this when buying? Any info/advice would be greatly appreciated.
