Basically the title, seller's realtor promises that they will cover the cost of repairing some windows $975 after closing when they get their commission. Is this normal practice or are they being shady here? Our realtor will half it with the seller's realtor.
My concern is that after closing - they have no obligation and its pretty much on good faith.
