We will be selling our house soon and wondering if including all the furniture in house will attract more buyers. All the furniture is in excellent condition and about 8 pieces are antiques since they fit well in the Victorian old house. We are more than capable of taking every piece out of the house. Just wondering if buyer might be more inclined to put an offer on this house before another similar house with no furny included.
Pieces include:
Dining room: table/buffet/china cabinet antique 1920s art deco set
Living room: antique marble coffee table, TV stand, electric fireplace sofas
Bedrooms: beds, dressers, 1 antique vanity set
Office: sofa, coffee table, desk
Kitchen: antique 1920s table.
Hallways: 2 victorian side tables and corner shelf unit, 3 antique brass guilded and Eastlake mirrors
Also, if we decide to include furniture we are willing to give buyer the option to have us remove them all or they keep whatever they like. Would that be a good choice?
We simply want to buy all new furniture for next house but could really use most of the current furniture, but would like to go heavy on newer pieces
