Should I split up a double lot before selling it?

My mother died earlier this year, and I inherited her house. I want to sell it. It's a small house (816 sq ft) on a double lot (8.2 acres) in rural Florida. The house is on one lot, and the adjoining lot is unclear woods. Although it’s registered as a single property, the lots have separate addresses. Each also has its own city water hookup, though one has never been turned on.

Would the land be more valuable if I sold both lots separately, or as one?

And of course, the realtors don’t realize the details of my specific circumstances: I purchased and paid for the house in full prior to marriage Only my name is on the deed And most importantly, we have never lived in the house as a marit...
