Opinions on My Listing?

I saw another post where someone did this and I would love some feedback on my listing. I don't want to give too much backstory, but we have been on the market since late June with no offers and have done a bunch of price drops.

What are you seeing here that would be a roadblock to receiving an offer?

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
