home prices are going to drop over the next 50 years as robots replace human builders

within 25 years robots will have the ability to perform most of the manual labor humans now do, including home construction, that means the labor cost for building a home will eventually fall. once robot workers reach that capability, then later become commoditized the cost to build a new home will fall, which will cause a downward correction for the entire market, as home prices begin to converge to the materials cost.

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
