Are there any apps that give you notifications updates on listings?

I noticed that Zillow and Redfin has email updates you can set as notifications for new listings in your area based on your criteria.

I’m not sure if this is extended to the Zillow and Redfin IOS apps. Are there any apps for iPhone or Android that notifies you through your phone when a property has changed status?

I think if someone were to make an app like that, it would be extremely useful to help organize your real estate portfolio. Sort of like eBay notifications and how you can get updates on your saved listings.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
