Why does listing claim "motivated seller" when home has been on the market since last year and no price decrease, but an increase?!!!
I don't understand when agents claim to have a motivated seller, yet after the house has been on the market for several months, they haven't adjusted the price. Then looking at the history, I saw it was listed LAST YEAR and withdrawn. Then re-listed in May with a higher price than the price when it was withdrawn. Make it make sense...
