I’m a first time home buyer in a sense. My mom has 4 properties under her name. Two we rent out with me as one of the owners in case my parents die many years later. She still has homes to pay off and she would have helped me pay. There is at least one other person bidding and being rushed too. There would be of been more offers but deemed too low. Open house was only for two hours this past Saturday and the house was on Zillow for a few days. Zillow didn’t show any problem photos even minor. Tuesday night was when the seller was rushing us to say yes while Monday was us putting in our offer. I was almost an adult when we were looking at a property to rent out or stay at years later and we weren’t rushed. Thanks in advance.
