when should we list our condo?

We live in Eastern Massachusetts (coastal town) and just bought a new home that we're moving into towards the end of August. Our agent is suggesting that we wait to list our condo (2b,2b) until after Sept 1, with an open house on Labor Day weekend. She says that the last weekend of the summer is always a bad time for open houses, while people who are looking will come to an open house on Labor Day weekend. We trust her expertise in the local market, but it just makes us a little nervous, because we thought holiday weekends were generally considered a bad time to list. What do you all think?

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
