We are selling and I’m afraid our realtor took bad photos

Edit: We are moving out this weekend. Consensus seems to be retake the photos with the house empty and update the listing with that.

Our house is $215,000 - 3 bed 1 bath. We had a kitchen fire two years ago and completely gutted and rebuilt the house. New roof, new hvac, new electric, new insulation, new interior. The works.

Our realtor has been fairly uncommunicative and I personally think our pictures are not good. Do you all have any advice?

For example, our home has been on the market for a week now and we are about to have our first showing. I suggested we do an open house and we got no response.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
