Real estate agents and open houses

I hope to move eventually to a 55+ community. Have found a community I really like. However, my current house needs renovations and I would probably doing them over a couple of years. The community I am interested in is very large and they have a lot of open house showings on weekends. Would I even been let in to see them if I don't have a buyer's agent and just go by myself? I would be kicking the tires, so to speak.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
