Passing along information to buyer

Preparing to sell our house. Previous owner loved technology and smart features. We spent weeks trying figured out what was what and how everything functions. Do you think a list of known technology and apps to run it would be appreciated by the buyer?

Also we have made improvements to the house like new windows, solar panels, etc. Would providing the information for what company did the work would be beneficial to the buyer?

I would provide this at closing or after closing.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
