My agent wants to list my home 20k below the value.

Everywhere I checked on line says that my home is worth between 530k and 520k. He wants to list it for 500k. He says that the market has soften. Of which I understand. I just feel like that much less is a lot of loss for me. Where or how can I get an accurate value for my home.
