i need help/guidance!

i'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask but i was wondering, for a beginner where would you recommend them to start in real estate ? i'm 21m and currently pretty unhappy with my life but my sister who now works in real estate and is a bit older than me completely turned her life around with working in this field and id like to do the same but im also finding myself pretty overwhelmed.

she herself suggested home inspection but im not too sure about that, i also know that i can make money in pretty much all the fields so im not worried about that either, im also finding that it's pretty expensive to get a home inspection license as well... im just very nervous about the whole thing and would like some help guiding it

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
