How to create a side income out of a Facebook group for house rentals?

Hello!

I'm the only admin of a Facebook group dedicated to house rentals in my city in Mexico. The group has over 75k members.

Everything has always been free. People post their houses and interested people comment and ask for an appointment to see the house.

I'm not trying to make people pay for a free service, but I'm looking for options for how to earn some bucks (or potentially starting a business) by offering something on my facebook group.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
