How can I fire my agent.

That real estate agent friend that are known for 20 years. Never used him in real estate until now. Turns out he does not operate with any kind of speed or intensity found out his successes in selling low cost houses not a fully remodeled home. It’s right at market price. I signed the agent agreement. Is there a way I can get out of this? Can I threaten the broker? He keeps blaming everything on his broker

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
