Hiring a team to negotiate for me.

I want to negotiate on Ben Mallah's house and other properties, but to say the market is over-priced is an understatement. I'm aware how dealers and brokers transact with each other to run up the price, but then they all end up with inflated inventory that just sits.

Dealers/Brokers use the price points on Zillow, Bring a Trailer, Cars and bids to signal value to retail buyers and get bigger loans with cash-out refinancing.

Where is the buyer who wants a tuscan house in Florida? They dont know about planes? Realistically, the buyers for this got vaporized. The mechanics that allowed people like this to get rich sitting off their asses is ova.

This is the perfect opportunity to low-ball the shit out of the house. It's ok because Ben would advise it.

If dealers are going to inflate the costs and fck the middle class with PPP loans and ZIRP era shenanigans, the least they can do is provide content for social media.

North Carolina – “One to Buy; Two to Sell”

We have maintained separate residences even after we got married. (That a separate topic!). I am now selling this house. Realtors have told us that my husband has to sign the deed at time of transfer but I am not convinced since the house has not been our marital residence. The realtors like to use the phrase "one to buy; two to sell", which seems like a broad-stroke statement which is not applicable under all circumstances. And of course, the realtors don’t realize the details of my specific circumstances: I purchased and paid for the house in full prior to marriage Only my name is on the deed And most importantly, we have never lived in the house as a marit...
