Can’t Get A Hold of The Agent

I’ve been trying to get a hold of the agent on this listing for about two weeks now and no luck. I just had one, very brief conversation with them once asking if they were still accepting offers, they said yes and that was that. Since then, I’ve called, left voicemails and no response. Listing shows active and the Supra key is still on the door. The listing says to send offers to their email but I wanted to have a quick conversation before doing that. What gives? Don’t they want to move this thing?

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
