Genuine question because I’m feeling a bit stuck.
I’m looking at property in an area I don’t know especially well and after a while every listing starts sounding identical. Every agent says it’s a “great opportunity,” every suburb apparently has “strong growth potential,” and honestly I don’t know how people filter the noise.
I’ve been reading different opinions and comparing options, mostly because I’m trying to understand how people handle due diligence when they’re not local.
Curious how others approached this. Did you trust your own research, rely on local contacts, or get outside help?
