Who is actually paying for/managing the marketing assets on your new construction builds?

For the agents/brokers working new construction: Do you hire outside marketing companies for your visual assets (renderings, brochures, sites), or do you expect the developer to provide those? If you outsource, what’s the biggest "must-have" for you to feel like the marketing actually helps you close the deal?

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
